Day 16 - Action Sports and Pedicures! Happy Birthday Canada!

Jenny on the blog people.  Get a cup of tea!  So, the kids are at the pool (8:20pm) and Barry is eating coconut ice cream and I am on the blog feeling all relaxed and lovely with a cool breeze blowing through the condo. So yesterday, Barry booked himself into a wind surfing lesson with Action Sports!  We hit the road at 8am, got our real fruit smoothies and headed over to a beach park near the airport to meet Kieran, Barry’s personal instructor.  By 9am he was on the water with me clicking away (I was the official photographer).  He did great, a real pro considering it has been 20 years since he “caught some wind” on a reservoir in England.
The kids just hung out and we spent a lovely morning on a quiet beach.  We hit Costco for more sashimi, to return a boogie board and then back to the condo.

Just to keep things even, Jemma figured we needed pedicures so off we toddled at 2:15 to find (very good reviews btw).  We weren’t really sure what we were in for, as English was not their first language, but we were met outside and taken into the “relaxation” room for our “special” pedicures.  I have to say it was awesome.  Mine came with a massage and as you can see the gal really got into it!  Wow!  We had the works and it came to exactly the same as the windsurfing lesson!
So after our pedicure we came back to the condo and started making our way through our food supplies.  I really have to stop buying food!  Steak, mushrooms, roasted potatoes and salad!
After the sunset, an evening dip in the pool and a game of Wist we will hit the sack!
