Wayne from the Trane Halifax office gave us a list of places to see on the Cabot Trail. One was the skyline trail and the other was Black Brook at Ingonish. We spent the day there and what a gorgeous place it is. Black Brook enters the ocean at this pristine sandy beach. The weather was perfect, especially after a couple of cloudy, drizzly days at Cheticamp. We have booked two nights here at the Provincial campsite.

There has been absolutely no internet connection since we hit the Cabot Trail. Roger’s has almost no coverage in Nova Scotia. We had about a one bar signal in Baddeck and photos took ages to upload. Jenny and the kids had to drive around town while I waited for the movie of us driving over Confederation Bridge took about 1/2hr to upload!
You have to go back and check it out. The video is ok but Ryan is hilarious in the background.
